Is Garlic a Super food?

Not to scare too many out there, I picked an easy one... GARLIC

We all have garlic in the kitchen, and use it, and my research come down to these facts.

Garlic lowers blood pressure through the actions of one of its component called methyl allyl trisulfide, which dilates blood vessel walls (Dr James Balsh study), reduces risks of blood clots, and prevent heart attack.

Garlic can help digestion and is useful for many diseases and illnesses. It is believed as a great immune system stimulant and a natural antibiotic.

Garlic contains amino acid derivative that have an antibiotic effect. Garlic was used because of its antibiotic properties in World War I to treat wound, infections, and gangrene.

Garlic was shown to also kill and destroy some viruses. Some studies also show that garlic is good for the colon, and effective for treating arthritis and circulation problems.

Recommended to be consume daily
You can use it fresh in food, or juice it for a little kick as it will spice your juice up a notch...

There are also supplements you can take in a pill form, you can find that at the health food store if you if you do not care for the taste of garlic in your food.

However you want to consume your garlic, I say go for it! A little garlic everyday seems to be a good way to keep ourselves healthy, and it is pretty easy to implement in every day lives.
